How do you get the model of your choice that you found on our website?
Please write us an email or give us a call, we will reply as soon as possible, tell you whether the item is still available and send you the account details or PayPal address directly. You then give us your delivery address and we will contact you by email or phone with the tracking number of the delivery.

  • 1. Scope

    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

    The purchase contract is concluded with Breyer Modellbahn GmbH.

  • 3. Contract language, contract text storage

    The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

  • 4. Terms of delivery

    The goods remain our property until full payment.

  • 7. Transport damage

    If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

  • 8. Warranties and guarantees
